It works before pregnancy occurs, not after.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take it as soon as possible.  It works best within 72 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Since February 2026, you can buy it at pharmacies in Japan without a doctor&#8217;s prescription. No age restriction.
