New Publications Highlight JOICFP's Expertise
in CoRH and ICT/BCC
Community-operated Reproductive Health (CoRH) is a reproductive
health philosophy based on more than 50 years of Japanese
maternal and child health experience. It focuses on the needs
of the individual and ensures that appropriate structures
to support these needs are built into the community. Furthermore,
using DigiPlan and Approduction, CoRH transfers knowledge
and skills that strengthen programs, and assists in making
project outcome documentation into a valuable asset that can
be shared and used for future works.

JOICFP has just released three guides to CoRH, DigiPlan and Approduction,
respectively. The CoRH guide explains its concepts and the
'Community People's Initiative (CPI) Engine' that lies at
its heart. The guide shows how CoRH has been successful in
addressing areas such as safe motherhood, women's empowerment,
adolescent sexual and reproductive health, and HIV/AIDS.
