Project Process Documentation
for Information Sharing and Expansion
JOICFP is currently documenting some of its project outputs from Asia, Africa, and Latin America with four different themes
- Male involvement
- Stigma reduction
- Community advocacy by young peoplefs initiative
- Quality messages for adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH)
This information will show the processes of the projects, successes and lessons learned, with a view to sharing them, and expanding activities.
JOICFP has wide experience in community-based activities, motivating community people to take responsibility for their health.
JOICFP is also expert in behavior change communication (BCC), utilizing its information communication technology.
JOICFP is preparing the documentation in the format of a book and interactive disk. The book part, will guide readers to relevant sections of the disk, and the disk can then provide more detailed information as well as visual data.
The first project being documented in this way is Movah!, a project to put forward the real sexual health concerns of adolescents to policy and decision makers in two Asian countries.
Movah! empowers young people in many ways
- Communication skills,
- IT skills,
- Delivering training
- Learning how to motivate adults to support them.
