| JOICFP has long been pouring energy into
producing materials for information education and communication
(IEC) activities and for behavioral change communication
(BCC). JOICFP has a large stock of image materials (photographs,
slides, videos and movie films) taken in more than 25
countries around the world. These materials can be easily
utilized thanks to the advancement of digital technology.
Under the name of 'DigiPlan', JOICFP is preparing digitized
materials to respond to various demands for image materials. |
| In parallel with DigiPlan, JOICFP trains
personnel to produce educational materials suitable for
the particular situations of each country, and appropriate
to the availability of equipment and production methods.
The transfer of technology in the development of educational
materials is now being carried out under the name of APPRODUCTION
(combining APPROpriate-technology and proDUCTION). APPRODUCTION
facilitates material production using local materials
and skills that are available in each country. As a result,
diverse educational materials with unique ideas are being
produced. |
