Safe Motherhood and Alleviate Child Malnutrition proram in West Nusa Tenggara (WNT)

Project Objectives
  · To reduce malnutrition children by providing food supplement.
· To improve women’s health status and reduce maternal and infant mortality.
· To raise awareness of nutrition and health among community people.

Activities
  Phase I
· To provide emergency food assistance to pregnant women and children with severe malnutrition in draught area.· To install heath centers in villages for the community to be able to access to health services and to conduct seminars and meetings.
Phase II
· To conduct seminars and workshops for nutrition and safe motherhood to the community people.· To install income generation and micro-credit activities. · To conduct parasite control activities integrating with installation of toilets.
